View from Millburn
Taken from a photograph on a fresh March morning, the snow can still be seen on top of the hills in the distance. At the forefront is the village of Inverie on Knoydart, with it`s row of Mica miners cottages. Tree plantations from years gone by cover the land from the village up, with a mix of the more recent planted native trees.
The original is drawn and painted with micron archival ink pens, acrylics and acrylic inks, on A3 Gesso primed cardboard.
The prints are of a superb high quality and high resolution, the depth of the prints show every brushstroke and marks as exactly like the original. They are printed here on Knoydart on a Canon Pixma pro 10s, using pigment dye inks and 310g Matt archival paper. Being an archival print, the inks do not fade, and the paper does not yellow over time.
The prints have a boarder of 3cm around the edges, which makes them perfect for framing.
